This project involved the new construction of a distribution facility for FedEx in Brooklyn, New York. The main building encompassed approximately 163,000 square feet, along with a 100,000-square-foot covered garage. Emtec Consulting Engineers provided complete design documents for the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm systems serving both the main building and the open parking courtyard.
