100 word description of project: Emtec Consulting Engineers provided MEP/FP/FA core and shell designs of a new building for The S. Hekemian Group located at 110 Frontage Rd, in Newark, NJ. This warehouse building consisted of a total of 75,900 sf. Our services included heating and ventilation in the Warehouse space only, and HVAC in the office space along with the fit out of the office space MEP’s.

Why was this particular job your favorite/most unusual?  Industrial engineering is particularly fun for Emtec Consulting Engineers. It allows us to create impactful systems that rely heavily on performance and sustainability.
