Emtec Consulting Engineers provided MEP/FP/FA core and shell designs of a new building for The S. Hekemian Group located at 110 Frontage Rd, in Newark, NJ. This warehouse building consisted of a total of 75,900 sf. Our services included heating and ventilation in the Warehouse space only, and HVAC in the office space along with the fit out of the office space MEP’s.
