Emtec Consulting Engineers provided MEP design services for an existing building located in Westhampton, NY. The existing multi-story building was compromised of multiple units. The new plan included an addition as well as modifications to accomodate 16 units with 1 bedroom and two bedroom suites. The ground flor included three units, as well as a kitchen, laundry and storage space, dining room, living room, reception, office and two restrooms. A pool area was also proposed for this site.
