Emtec Consulting Engineers provided professional engineering services for AIP Publishing LLC in Melville. This project involved the MEP design for the fit out of approximately 45,000 sf of the third floor of an existing multi-story office building located on Walt Whitman Road in Melville, NY. All services to the tenant spaces were designed to come from existing utility services currently dedicated and/or serving the  proposed space.
