Emtec Consulting Engineers worked with Estee Lauder and their sub-contractors for a “Design Build” project at their Melville facility. This project encompassed the design and construction support services for the interior fit out of several conference rooms on the first and second floors of the facility in Melville NY. The areas involved in the renovation were approximately 1,850 square feet. Additionally, the project involved the modification of ductwork from the HVAC units.
