This project involved the new construction of a 350,000-square-foot, multi-story distribution facility for FedEx in Maspeth, New York. The first floor was designed to function as a packaging and distribution center with supporting office space, while the second floor included a 225-space parking garage, additional office areas, and an enclosed ramp. Emtec Consulting Engineers provided complete design documents for the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm systems serving both the main building and the enclosed parking garage.
