Emtec Consulting Engineers served as the MEP/FA engineer for the Greenport Union Free School District, providing design services that included the replacement of all classroom unit ventilators and HVAC renovations in multiple areas of the facility. The project also involved restroom upgrades with new plumbing fixtures and lighting, as well as the addition of a newly constructed 5,000-square-foot gymnasium, all completed as part of the district’s capital improvement plan.
