Emtec Consulting Engineers was the MEP/FA for Greenport Union Free School District. Our professional services included the replacement of all classroom unit ventilators. HVAC systems were also renovated in various spaces throughout the facility. Existing restrooms were renovated with new plumbing fixtures and lighting. New construction of a 5,000 sq. ft. gymnasium was also added to the building. These services were all included in the proposed school district’s capital improvement plan.
