Emtec Consulting Engineers was the MEP/FP for the new construction of multiple apartment buildings as well as the renovations of buildings within the existing complex. There are a total of twenty (20) buildings involved in this project plus the gate house; six buildings are new, and the balance are being renovated. The new construction buildings consists of six three story buildings with a total of 152 apartment units with 60 single bed units and 92 two bed units.
