Emtec Consulting Engineers was the MEP/FP for brand new luxury town homes located in Hampton Bays on the Shinnecock canal. The 37 luxury, two and three-bedroom townhomes span seven buildings that have been architecturally designed to meet the aesthetic of the East End and South Shore’s manor-styled homes.
