Mechanical and electrical design services for a new four  story building for use as a hotel.  The hotel has  129 rooms with several typical bedroom layouts, consisting of multiples of one bedroom, two bedroom and studio rooms. The first floor included a number of bedrooms similar to the upper floors in addition to the dining area, meeting room, pool, outdoor “sports court” and miscellaneous support areas.
