Emtec Consulting Engineers provided MEP/FP engineering services for the development at 195 13th Avenue in Ronkonkoma, which included the construction of a new 60,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility. The project also involved the demolition of approximately 36,500 square feet of existing building space and minor alterations to the remaining structure. In addition, the new building incorporated a 3,000-square-foot core and shell office area featuring lavatories, a small break room, a conference room, and private offices.
