The project involved the interior renovation of the existing 3rd and 4th floors at the Nikon headquarters facility located in Melville, NY. The 3rd floor encompasses an area of approximately 23,500 square feet and the 4th floor encompasses an area of approximately 26,000. The project included full MEP/FP/FA services to support the modified open space and perimeter office concept.
