Emtec Consulting Engineers provided MEP Engineering Design for Northwell’s New Multispecialty Women’s Healthcare Facility in Manorville. This project involved the MEP/FP/FA core and shell designs for a new two-story medical office building with a total square footage of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. Emtec’s services includeD the necessary design documents for the MEP/FP/FA system required to obtain a building permit from the Town of Brookhaven. This project included provisions for two separate meters for both gas and electric, one for each floor.
