Rocco’s Tacos and Tequila Bar  is an authentic Mexican Restaurant that has just been built at the Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station. This high energy restaurant has chains in Florida and New York.

Emtec Consulting Engineers provided full MEP/FA/FP designs and construction administration services to the existing restaurant space at Walt Whitman Shops.  The project included new kitchen equipment, decorative lighting throughout, and the addition of a fully conditioned and sprinklered dining enclosure.
