This project consisted of seventeen separate buildings, consisting of six different types with a total of 76 units. There are four flats and 72 townhouse units. Additionally, the project includes a recreational building, and site services (ie: lighting, sewage pump, tennis court and pool). Emtec provided MEP design for this new residential development of approximately 146,235 sf. Emtec provided design services for a single HVAC system per unit, electrical power and lighting, plumbing up to five feet from building, fire sprinkler and fire alarm.
