Emtec Consulting Engineers is currently providing MEP/FA/FP design services for a new Transit Oriented Development in Ronkonkoma. This development will include 284 residential apartment units and amenity space, 13,200 sf of lease and amenity space, and 30,000 sf of medical office space. Emtec is designing single HVAC system per unit, electrical power and lighting, plumbing up to five feet from building, complete fire sprinkler and fire alarm in accordance with New York State, Suffolk County and Village, Electrical and Fire Code.
