This project consisted of major renovations to the mechanical and electrical systems of the building. The hot and cold water piping was all replaced and run overhead to supply the new bathrooms. Complete renovations to all showers, lavatories, urinals and shut off valves. New energy efficient maximum security lighting was installed in all areas. The existing panel board which dated back to original construction was replaced and refed with new overhead feeders.
