The Grove Apartments in Patchogue—a $35 million mixed-use project that brings 55 units of affordable and supportive housing to Suffolk County. This development is a key piece of the state’s $25 billion plan to create 100,000 affordable homes across New York.

Emtec Consulting Engineers proudly provided professional design services for The Grove in Patchogue. Design services included a single HVAC system per unit, electrical power and lighting, anbd plumbing up to five feet from the building. Emtec also completed fire sprinkler and fire alarm design in accordance with NYS, County and Village, Electrical and Fire Code.
