Emtec Consulting Engineers provided professional engineering services for Mercy Hospital in Rockville Centre. This project involved the renovation of the entire second floor of the Molloy Pavilion, to serve as a new hospice care facility. The area currently is un-used and vacated. The total area to be renovated is approximately 8,440 sf. Emtec also renovated the entire 3rd Floor of the Molloy Pavilion, to serve as a new bariatric care treatment space. The total area renovated was approximately 12,600 sf. The project plan called for eighteen (18) single bed high end patient rooms.
