Emtec Consulting Engineers was the MEP/FA for Sayville Union Free School District. This project consisted of the review, survey, and a written report of existing MEP systems, recommendations and associated cost estimates for the presentation of a bond referendum to the community. Once the bond was approved, we designed complete dual-fuel boiler system replacements for six buildings including associated vacuum condensate systems, boiler-feed systems, and fuel oil pumps.  Also included was new electric service design, fire alarm system upgrades, and complete classroom unit ventilator replacements.
