Emtec Consulting Engineers provided professional design services for Shelter Island Public Library. This project included renovations to the entire existing building, along with a 2-story addition.  The addition was 5,700 SF along with a new elevator and staircase. This project included entirely new MEP systems to serve both the addition and the existing structure. Emtec also installed a new standby diesel generator to serve the essential electrical loads.
