Emtec Consulting Engineers was the MEP/FP for Shoregate apartments in Bayshore, New York. This project consisted of the design services for a new multi-story building to consist of 495 residential apartments and two parking lots. Emtec provided design services for a single HVAC system per unit, electrical power and lighting, plumbing, complete sprinkler and fire alarm in accordance with New York State, County and Village, Electrical and Fire Code.
